Referrals

Q. Who can refer?

A. Assessment/Intervention referrals generally come direct form parents/carers unless an organisation is funding the sessions (e.g. social work)

Q.How do I make an enquiry/refer?

A. Fill in the enquiry form here (Link) which will initially be picked up by admin. Your referral will be discussed at a therapist team referral meeting as soon as possible

Q. What happens when the referral is accepted?

A. You will be emailed by the therapist to discuss appointments, then sent the appointment letter, directions (photo of the clinic), developmental questionnaire and invoice

Q. Waiting time: How long will I wait for an appointment?

A. Waiting times vary however this tends to be within 2-6 weeks max.
